iPhone 3.0 Release Time

The iPhone 3.0 has been released today in the U.S. while UK customers have to wait until Friday the 19th June! The software is free to download via iTunes for current iPhone users. iPod Touch users can also download this software, however, a small fee will be charged.




The new software lets the user send multi media messages, tethering, voice recordings, buying and renting movies, watching tv shows, a full system search and push notifications.

Apple have also put some small extras into the software, such as a horizontal virtual keyboard for some applications.
